Parent teacher meeting is conducted to evaluate the overall progress of the students. Whenever Parent Teacher meeting is there, all the parents will attend it without fail. If they fail to attend the PTM, they will be called to school for the same by the class teacher.
Parents/Guardians are requested to make use of this time to meet the teachers of their wards and discuss the progress of their children and enable the teacher to understand the children better, so that teachers can pay special attention to their needs.
These meetings are contact-meetings because the school teacher and the parents are all involved in the education of the child. There are also occasions for the parents to let the teacher know that they not only pay the fees but also care for the teacher's efforts and work for their child.
As far as possible all requests to meet the teacher to discuss the courses or anything pertaining to studies should be kept during free periods.
