Every application for Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing. The T.C will be issued within three days from the date of application given, provided the parents fulfill all the requirements.
One month's written notice is required before a student can be withdrawn. In lieu of such notice a full month's fee in addition to the fee of the month in which the application for Transfer Certificate is made will be charged.
No transfer certificate will be granted unless all college dues have been cleared satisfactorily arranged for and "NO DUES CERTIFICATE" is obtained from the fee counter. Librarian, Laboratory in-charge, Games master.
Notice is accepted during the college vacations and in case of a withdrawal at this time, the fee for the whole of that terms is to be paid.
In new Academic year, it is necessary that the parents submitting the Bio-data from given in the dairy by 15th April.
