All agreements and documents of a candidate for admission will have to be executed by the father. In case father is not live, the mother may execute the documents. A local gaurdian may execute the documents if both the Father and Mother are not alive. Documentary proof will have to be produced in such cases. In case of the children who are adopted, an attested copy of the adoption deed must be attached to the Registration Form of Admission.
Admissions will be finalised on the production of the following certificates :
Birth Registration in original.
Health Certificate
Latest Progress Report of the student.
Transer certificate countersigned by the inspector of the schools of that place.
