Examination

Examinations are conducted according to the Grading System introduced by the CBSE Board, New Delhi.

Absence from the whole examination involves a total loss of grades.

Absence from one or more subjects involves the loss of grades for these subjects and excludes the students from a prize and from being reckoned in the order of merit or rank in the examination.

Student absent from an examination for any reason is not re- examined and those absent from an examination without grave reasons will be considered as having failed..

The minimum marks required for a pass are 40% Credit 60% Distinction 75%.

Examination shall not be anticipated or postponed for individual students. Examination date will be noted in the diary

Candidates will be disqualified if they are detected in giving or obtaining or attempting to give or obtain unfair assistance at the examinations are found to have in their possession while in the examination hall any book, note or incriminatory material. They should have the correct question paper and answer paper supplied in the examination hall. All unused answer sheets should be submitted to the staff invigilator.

On examination days, no servant, parent, guardian is permitted to enter the Examination hall or room on any excuse Examinees will not be permitted to leave the examination hall until the paper is submitted to their staff in invigilator.

Students who are absent from examination for any reason will not be re-examined .If a pupil is not able to appear for whole examination for valid reasons his/her case will be considered on the strength of the year's record. In case a student is found using unfair means in an examination, he/she will be awarded zero for that paper and will be debarred from appearing for the rest of the examinations. Repetition of the same offence will result in dismissal.
