Every student is expected to be present at the morning Assembly
Late comers and absentees from the college will not be admitted to their respective classes without the principal's signature on the leave note.
Half-day leave will not be granted to students without an application signed by the parents. Once they come to the college they have to attend for the whole day. They are not allowed to go out of the College premises during college hours even during the recess time.
Student will be send home with the Parents/Guardians ONLY. (Siblings are not allowed.)
Parents and guardians are, therefore, particularly requested to co-operate with the college by sending their ward on the specified date unless a written permission for an extension of leave has previously been obtained. Such permission however, is granted only for grave reasons.
No leave of absence is granted without a written application signed by the parents and only for authentic reasons. The college accepts no responsibility if a student is obliged to return home during college hours for the non-compliance of any of the rules. Mere sending of an application is not sufficient. Leave has to be sanctioned.
In case of illness, a medical certificate must be produced within three days of a student's absence. In case of doubt the college authorities may insist on the students being examined by a civil Surgeon or the college doctor.
If a student continues to be absent for seven days without the written permission of the Principal, his/her name will be struck off from the college rolls. Parents need to pay the re-admission (Rs. 1000/-) fee for enrolling such children.
If a student does not have 75% attendance of the total number of working days, he will not be considered for promotion.
Students who fail to report to college on the 1st day of the academic year, and have not given notice of their delay to the college office will have their names struck off the rolls and the vacancy caused will be duly filled. Subject to vacancies existing/arising they will be considered for re-admission and full admission fee will be charged.
