Promotion

Promotions are decided on aggregate grade of all the examinations throughout the year. A child may not be promoted if he fails to give satisfaction at the last examination, even though the aggregate grades throughout the year are considered in themselves sufficient for Promotion.

A student failing twice in the same class will have to discontinue his or her studies at the college.

Students of Nursery to IV must pass in all compulsory Subject, English, Hindi, Mathematics.

Students of V to VI must pass in English and four other subjects from the remaining, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, (Civics, History, Geography), Sanskrit. A pass is required in Sanskrit in class VIII for being eligible to the certificate examination an average of 40% of the annual aggregate is needed.

Promotion to the next class will not be granted until after the completion of the final examination and compiling of the annual result.

Promotion refused will not be reconsidered. In no case shall a student be promoted on trial.
